Randyl Mohr is a multimedia graphic artist. Growing up without a computer in her household, she spent the first 10 years of her life playing with the arts in a “classical” sense. After deciding to pursue an education in graphic design she was forced to broaden her horizons and learn the art of Adobe. Before learning to create and edit art digitally, Randyl started her artistic career selling handmade notecards at the age of 10. She would sketch out drawings, then paint the drawings with watercolors and take finished works to Kinkos to be reproduced. Many weekends were spent at art markets selling her note cards and she saw the struggle of the professional artist was real. Her father who was a practical business man had persuaded her to find work in a more stable field. After a failed attempt at a math degree Randyl pursued a culinary education as food has always played a substantial and positive role in her life. Currently, Randyl has cross pollinated her love of food and art into her family business, Chocolate Manor. At Chocolate Manor, Randyl utilizes her graphic design skills to help promote and brand her shop. She enjoys creating window displays, decorating the shop and strategically arranging product. She also gets to create using chocolate as a medium. Her attention to detail and appreciation of the arts has helped her to develop chocolate making as her form of art. Randyl enjoys experimenting with new flavors and trying out the possibilities which comes with the whimsical nature of chocolate.
